Introduction

Welcome to the Zen Business Dashboard. This guide will help you navigate the platform and find the information you need.

Are You a Company or Individual User?

Company Users: If you manage a business, organize events, or rent spaces, visit the Company Features Guide.

Individual Users: If you manage your own events, visit the Individual Features Guide. Note that individual accounts have limited features compared to company accounts.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you'll see your dashboard with:

  • Statistics - Key metrics about your activity
  • Quick Actions - Shortcuts to common tasks
  • Recent Activity - Your recent bookings, payments, and events

The main menu includes sections for all your features. Each section contains detailed guides for that specific feature.

Common Tasks

Managing Events

  1. Go to Events
  2. Click "Add Event" to create a new event
  3. Fill in event details and save

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Invoices
  2. Browse your invoices
  3. Download or print as needed

Managing Payments

  1. Go to Payments
  2. View your payment history
  3. Configure payment methods in Payment Gateways

Key Interface Elements

  • Search Bar - Find specific items quickly
  • Filters - Narrow down results by category, status, or date
  • Bulk Selection - Select multiple items with checkboxes
  • Pagination - Navigate through pages of data
  • Action Buttons - View, edit, or delete items

Navigate to the specific feature you need help with from the menu.

Language & Settings

You can change your language preference (English, Arabic, French) and other settings in your profile settings.
