Accessing Chat Features

Registered Users: Navigate to any business, event, or room page and click "Chat with Host/Owner" for immediate access to the messaging system.

Anonymous Users: Clicking "Chat with Host/Owner" redirects to the login page. After authentication, you'll automatically return to the chat to continue your inquiry.

Chat Functionality

The chat system supports text messages, and link sharing. Real-time features include instant messaging, read receipts, typing indicators, and online status visibility. All conversations are saved and accessible across devices.
