User Registration

The user registration process is the first step for anyone wanting to access the platform. This process is designed to be simple yet secure, with email verification to ensure account authenticity.

Registration Flow

The registration process follows these steps:

1. Access Registration Form

  • Navigate to the homepage
  • Click the User Icon in the navigation
  • Select Register from the dropdown menu
  • The registration form will be displayed

2. Fill Registration Form

Complete the registration form with the following information:

  • Email Address: Must be a valid email format
  • Password: Must meet security requirements
  • Basic Personal Information: Name and other required fields

3. Form Validation

The system validates your input for:

  • Email Format: Must be a properly formatted email address
  • Unique Email: Email must not already be registered
  • Password Strength: Password must meet minimum security requirements
  • Required Fields: All mandatory fields must be completed

4. Email Verification

  • After submitting the form, an email with a verification code is sent to your provided email address
  • Enter the verification code when prompted
  • The system verifies the code and confirms your email address

5. Complete Profile

  • After email verification, you'll be redirected to a client registration page
  • Fill in the remaining profile details
  • Submit the completed form

6. Access Dashboard

  • Upon successful completion, you'll be redirected to your client dashboard
  • Your account details will be saved and accessible

Common Registration Scenarios

Successful Registration

When all information is provided correctly and the email is verified successfully, you'll have immediate access to your new account.

Registration Interruptions

The system handles various interruption scenarios:

During Email Verification

  • If you exit during email code submission, you can resume the process
  • Return to the registration form and request a new verification code

After Registration Attempt

  • If you exit to the dashboard and try to register again, the system will recognize your existing account
  • You can choose to complete the registration or proceed to login

Switching to Other Actions

  • You can exit registration to login directly if you remember having an account
  • You can initiate a password reset if needed
  • You can even navigate to business plan subscription (will require completing registration first)

Error Handling

Invalid Email Format

If you enter an incorrectly formatted email address, you'll receive an error message asking you to provide a valid email format.

Email Already Registered

If you attempt to register with an email that's already in use, you'll be notified and can either:

  • Try logging in with existing credentials
  • Use a different email address
  • Reset your password if you forgot it

Missing Required Fields

All required fields must be completed. If you skip any mandatory information, you'll receive specific error messages indicating which fields need attention.
