Business Credits

View and manage your business credits, which can be used to pay for events, buying subscriptions, and room rentals. Redeem gift cards to increase your credit balance with specific businesses.

Understanding Business Credits​

Business credits are balances you hold with specific businesses on the platform. These credits can be applied to reduce or fully cover the cost of bookings with those businesses.

Credit Sources:

  • Gift Card Redemption: Redeem gift cards to add credits

Viewing Credits​

Credit Balances​

View your credit balance with each business you have credits with.

Credit Information:

  • Business Name: Which business the credit is with
  • Current Balance: Available credit amount
  • Usage History: Recent transactions using these credits

Credit Details​

Click on any business to see detailed credit information:

  • Total Credits: Overall balance with the business
  • Credit Breakdown: Separate balances by credit type
  • Recent Activity: Credits added or used recently
  • Pending Credits: Credits being processed

Redeeming Gift Cards​

Gift Card Redemption Process​

Add credits to your account by redeeming gift cards purchased for specific businesses.

Redemption Steps:

  1. Access Gift Card Section: Go to Business Credits in your profile
  2. Select "Redeem Gift Card": Click the redeem option
  3. Enter Gift Card Code: Input the unique gift card code and submit
  4. Receive Confirmation: Credits immediately added to your account

Gift Card Information​

Gift cards typically include:

  • Unique Code: Alphanumeric code for redemption
  • Credit Amount: Value of the gift card
  • Business: Which business the credit applies to
  • Terms: Any usage restrictions or conditions

Using Credits​

When booking with businesses where you have credits:

  • Automatic Detection: System identifies available credits during checkout
  • Credit Application: Credits applied to reduce payment if you choose to use them
  • Remaining Balance: Pay any amount not covered by credits
  • Zero Cost: If credits cover full cost, no additional payment required

You can purchase gift cards and immediately redeem them to add credits to your account, though direct credit purchases may also be available from some businesses.
