Understanding Gift Cards

Gift cards are business-specific prepaid credits with custom amounts, flexible redemption timing, and typically no expiration (check business terms).

Viewing Gift Cards

View all purchased gift cards with details including purchase date, business, amount, recipient, status, redemption code, and expiration date (if applicable).

Purchasing Gift Cards

To purchase gift cards, visit the business's page and add the desired gift cards to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete payment using available methods. Multiple gift cards can be purchased in one transaction.

Managing Gift Cards

Click on any gift card to view purchase receipt, redemption status, remaining balance, and usage history.

Actions: View code, check balance, download receipt, or contact support for issues.

Redeeming Gift Cards

When you receive gift cards, follow the redemption instructions to add credits to your account. After redemption, view your balance in the Business Credits section.
