Data Tables
Overview
Data tables display your information in an organized format with features for sorting, searching, and managing your data.
Basic Actions
Sorting
- Click any column header to sort by that column
- Click again to reverse sort order (A-Z to Z-A)
- Sort indicator shows which column is currently sorted
- Works on text, dates, and numbers
Selection
- Check the box next to an item to select it
- Use the "Select All" checkbox in the header to select all visible items
- Use selected items for bulk actions like delete
- Disabled checkboxes indicate items that cannot be deleted (protected items)
Pagination
- Navigate between pages using the page numbers at the bottom
- Change how many rows to display using the dropdown (10, 25, 50, etc.)
- Previous/Next buttons for moving between pages
Row Action Buttons
Each row has action buttons in the rightmost column:

Special Features
Status Toggles
- Click switches to change active/inactive status
- Updates immediately when clicked
Protected Items
Some items cannot be deleted if they have:
- Active bookings or dependencies
- Completed or archived status
- These items will have disabled checkboxes
Tips
- Click column headers to sort data
- Use search bar and filters together for better results
- Select multiple items for bulk actions
- Sort by status or date to prioritize important items
