Request to upgrade your account to a company account to access advanced business features.

Making a Business Request

Step 1: Fill Out Your Information

  1. Go to Business Requests
  2. Click New Request or Upgrade to Company
  3. Enter your business information:
    • Business name
    • Business type
    • Number of employees
    • Business description
    • Business address
    • Tax ID (if applicable)

Step 2: Provide Details

  • Explain why you want to upgrade
  • Describe what you'll use the features for
  • Tell us about your business

Step 3: Upload Documents (if needed)

  • Business registration certificate
  • Tax ID document
  • Proof of address
  • Any other supporting documents

Step 4: Submit

  • Review your information
  • Click Submit
  • You'll receive a confirmation message

Review Process

Your request will be reviewed by the support team:

  1. Initial Review - Your information is checked
  2. Verification - Documents are verified
  3. Approval or Rejection - You'll be notified via email
  4. Account Upgrade - If approved, your account is upgraded to company type

Timeline

  • Review typically takes 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive email notification with decision
  • If approved, company features are enabled immediately

After Approval

Once upgraded:

  • Access all company features
  • Create venues and rooms
  • Set up subscriptions
  • Manage team members
  • Use advanced analytics
  • And more

What You Can Track

  • Request Status: See if your request is pending, under review, approved, or rejected
  • Email Updates: Receive notifications when status changes
