Submit requests to platform administrators to add new categories, features, or functionality that your business needs.

What You Can Request

  • New event categories
  • Room renting features
  • Additional amenities

Making a Request

  1. Click "New Request"
  2. Choose request type
  3. Provide a clear title
  4. Explain what you need and why
  5. Submit for review

Request Status

Your requests will show one of these statuses:

  • Pending - Waiting for admin review
  • Approved - Request accepted, feature will be added
  • Declined - Request not approved

Managing Your Requests

  • View all your submitted requests
  • Edit pending requests
  • Track status updates
  • Search and filter your requests
