Company Dashboard

Overview​

The Company Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your business performance through various statistics widgets and visualizations. It serves as the landing page for company users after login.

Dashboard Widgets​

1. Total Profits​

Description: Displays the total revenue/profits for the selected period.

Features:

  • Period filter dropdown to change the time range
  • Displays monetary value with currency symbol
  • Visual indicator of profit trends

Period Filter Options:

  • Period - Default cumulative view
  • Month - Current vs previous month comparison
  • Year - Current vs previous year comparison

When a period is selected (month or year), the widget displays:

  • Current period value
  • Previous period value
  • Comparison metrics

2. New Members​

Description: Shows the count of new members who joined during the selected period.

Features:

  • Period filter dropdown
  • Optional event filter to view new members for a specific event
  • Displays member count

Filters:

  • Period selection
  • Event selection (optional)

3. Categories Month Rates​

Description: Visualizes participation rates across different categories over time.

Features:

  • Chart visualization showing category participation trends

Data Displayed:

  • Category participation percentages or counts
  • Time-based trends

4. Active Members​

Description: Shows active customer/member participation data.

Features:

  • Chart or graph visualization
  • Event filter to view data for specific events
  • Displays participation data

Filters:

  • Event selection (dropdown/autocomplete)

Data Displayed:

  • Members who have participated in events within the selected period
  • Participation rates over the last 6 months
  • Event-specific participation when filtered

5. Top Speakers Revenues​

Description: Lists the top-performing speakers by revenue generated.

Features:

  • Shows speaker rankings
  • Revenue amounts per speaker
  • Read-only display (no filters)

Data Displayed:

  • Speaker names
  • Revenue generated by each speaker

6. Top Events Revenues​

Description: Lists the top-performing events by revenue.

Features:

  • Shows event rankings
  • Revenue amounts per event

Data Displayed:

  • Event names
  • Revenue generated by each event

7. Top Booked Events​

Description: Shows the most popular events by booking count.

Features:

  • Shows event rankings
  • Booking counts

Data Displayed:

  • Event names
  • Number of bookings per event

Loading States​

All widgets display loading indicators while data is being fetched.

Data Refresh​

Dashboard data is automatically refreshed when:

  • Period filters are changed
  • Event filters are changed
  • User navigates back to the dashboard

Error Handling​

If there are issues loading data, error messages will be displayed and you can refresh the page to retry.

Supported Languages​

All text on the dashboard is available in:

  • English
  • French
  • Arabic (with right-to-left support)

Permissions​

No special permissions required - all company users have access to the dashboard.

Revenue Tracking​

Revenue is tracked across all transaction types:

  • Event Bookings - Ticket sales and event fees
  • Subscriptions - Recurring subscription payments
  • Room Rentings - Room rental charges
  • Gift Card Sales - Gift card purchases (converted to business credit)

All revenue is consolidated and displayed in the Total Profits widget with period-based filtering.
