Participants Management

Overview

The Participants page shows a calendar view of all people who have signed up for your events. This helps you track attendance and manage participant data.

Viewing Participants

The calendar displays:

  • Schedule items - Individual sessions within your events
  • Participant info - Who is attending each session
  • Dates & times - When each session occurs
  • Event details - Which event each session belongs to

Using the Calendar

  • Navigate months - Use arrows to browse different months
  • View current month - Click on the month/year to jump to today
  • Click on events - Select a schedule item to see participant details

Searching & Filtering

  • Search box - Find participants by name or event name
  • Event filter - Show only participants for a specific event

Results update as you type.

Participant Information

When you click on a schedule item, you can see:

  • Participant names
  • Attendance status
  • Registration date
  • Contact information

Event Schedule Items

Schedule items are individual sessions within your events. Each item appears on the calendar on its scheduled date and time.

Tips

  • Check participant lists before events to prepare
  • Use calendar view to identify busy dates
  • Monitor attendance trends through the calendar
  • Export participant lists for event management

Attendance Tracking

Attendance must be tracked manually by the company for each event.
