Company Settings

Overview​

Configure your company's basic business settings including tax rates and currency.

Available Settings​

VAT/Tax Percentage​

Set the tax percentage for your business. This will be applied automatically to invoices and transactions.

  • Enter a value between 0 and 100
  • Use decimals if needed (e.g., 7.5%)

Currency​

Choose your default currency for all transactions:

  • EUR - Euro (€)
  • USD - US Dollar ($)
  • CHF - Swiss Franc (CHF)

Making Changes​

  1. Update the VAT percentage or select a new currency
  2. Click Save
  3. Changes apply to new transactions immediately
  4. Previous transactions keep their original settings

Important Notes​

  • These settings apply to your entire company
  • All team members will see the same currency and tax settings
  • Changes only affect new transactions, not historical data
