Individual Features Guide

Overview​

This section covers all features available to Individual users. As an individual, you can create events and manage bookings, but with some limitations compared to business users.

Features Available​

Dashboard & Profiles​

  • Dashboard - See your statistics and activity
  • Profile - Manage your personal information
  • Payment Gateways - Set up how you receive payments

Event Management​

  • Events - Create and manage your events
  • Bookings - Manage who booked your events
  • Wait Lists - Handle people waiting for full events

Financial​

  • Payments - Track money you've received
  • Invoices - View and send invoices
  • Business Requests - Request account upgrade to company

Attendee Management​

  • Participants - Track who's attending

Features NOT Available​

Individual users don't have access to:

  • Subscriptions (recurring plans)
  • Gift cards
  • Discounts and promo codes
  • Speakers management
  • Groups/families
  • Room rentals
  • Multiple venues/rooms

These features are available to business users only.

Plan Limitations​

As an individual, you're limited to:

  • Basic event management - Create and manage events

To access more features, consider upgrading to a business account.

Getting Started​

  1. Start with the Dashboard to see your overview
  2. Go to Events to create your first event
  3. Check Bookings to manage registrations
  4. View Payments to track revenue

Available Pages​

Key Differences​

Individual users can:

  • Set their own pricing
  • Accept payments with only physical payment gateways
  • Track attendance
  • Send invoices

Individual users cannot:

  • Offer subscriptions
  • Use discount codes
  • Sell gift cards
  • Create multiple venues
  • Invite speakers
  • Create group bookings
  • Rent out rooms

Upgrading to Company Account​

To access more features like subscriptions, gift cards, discounts, speaker management, and room rentals, you can upgrade to a company account through Business Requests.
