Room Rentings Management
Overview
The Room Rentings page lets you set up rental listings for your rooms. Configure pricing, availability, and rental terms for customers to book.
Creating a Room Renting
- Click "Add" button
- Select a room from your venues
- Set up the rental:
- Price - Rental cost
- Period - Hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly
- Images - Photos of the room
- Description - Details about the rental
- Features - What's included (WiFi, projector, etc.)
- Currency - CHF, USD, EUR, etc.
- Tax - Add tax percentage if needed
- User Information Form - Fields to collect from renters (name, contact, etc.)
- Click Save
Managing Rentings
View Rentals
All room rentings appear in a table showing:
- Room - Which room
- Price - Rental rate
- Period - Per hour/day
- Status - Active or inactive
- Tax - Tax applied
- Created - When added
Enable/Disable
Use the status toggle:
- Active - Room is available for booking
- Inactive - Listing is hidden from customers
Edit Rental
- Click View
- Click Edit
- Update details
- Click Save
Delete Rental
- Select rental(s)
- Click Delete Selected
- Confirm
Pricing Structure
Price Periods

Approval Settings
Choose how rental requests are handled:
Automatic Approval:
- Requests auto-approve instantly
- Fast for customers
- You receive notification
- Great for straightforward rentals
Manual Approval:
- You review each request
- Control over bookings
- Can ask questions
- Better for complex rentals
Search & Filter
- Search - Find rentals by room name
- Status - Show active or inactive
- Date Range - Rentals created in period
- Sort - Click columns to sort
Recycle Bin
Deleted rentings can be recovered:
- Click Recycle Bin
- Find the renting
- Click Restore
- Renting is active again
Rental Requests
When customers want to rent:
- They request through the booking system
- Request appears in Room Renting Requests
- You review and approve/deny
- Customer gets confirmation
