Venues Management

Overview

The Venues page lets you manage all the physical locations where you hold events. Each venue can contain multiple rooms and is linked to your events.

Creating a Venue

  1. Click "Add New" button (top right)
  2. Fill in the venue details:
    • Venue Name - The name of your location
    • Address - Street address
    • City & Country - Location details
    • Description - Details about your venue
  3. Click Save

Managing Your Venues

View Your Venues

All your venues appear in a list. Use the search bar to find a specific venue.

View Venue Details

Click the View icon (eye) to:

  • See all venue information
  • Edit venue details
  • Manage rooms within the venue
  • See associated events

Update a Venue

  1. Click the View icon
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

Delete a Venue

Important: Venues cannot be deleted if they have active events or room rentals. You must first reassign or cancel those bookings.

To delete a venue:

  1. Ensure no active events or room rentals are assigned
  2. Use checkboxes to select the venue(s)
  3. Click Delete Selected
  4. Confirm the deletion

Bulk Operations

  • Select Multiple - Use checkboxes to select multiple venues
  • Delete Selected - Remove multiple venues in one action
  • Select All - The header checkbox selects all venues on the current page

Plan Limits

Your subscription plan determines how many venues you can create. Check your account settings to see your current limit and usage.

Rooms Within Venues

Each venue can have multiple rooms. Manage rooms on the venue details page or in the Rooms section.

Using Venues in Events

When you create an event:

  1. Select Local as the hosting type
  2. Choose this venue from your venues list
  3. Select which room will be used
  4. The venue address appears on the event details for customers
