Payment Gateways Configuration

Overview​

Payment Gateways let you configure how you accept payments. Set up one or more payment processors to offer customers multiple payment options.

Supported Payment Methods​

Online Payment Methods​

  • Credit Cards - Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • PayPal - PayPal account payments
  • Twint - Swiss mobile payment

Direct Payment Methods​

  • Bank Transfer - Direct bank deposits
  • Cash - In-person cash payments

Configuring Payment Methods​

Online Payment Account Options​

For Credit Cards, PayPal, and Twint, choose:

Platform Account

  1. Enable the payment method
  2. Set use ZenBooking account to true
  3. Start accepting payments immediately

Your Own Stripe Account

  1. Enable the payment method
  2. Set use ZenBooking account to false
  3. Click "Connect Stripe" and authorize
  4. Complete the connection process

Bank Transfer Setup​

  • Provide your bank details
  • Customers transfer directly

Cash Payment Setup​

  • Manually mark as paid when received

Managing Gateways​

View Gateways​

All configured gateways appear in a list showing:

  • Gateway type
  • Using ZenBooking or own account
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Is it valid

Edit Gateway​

  1. Click View
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update settings
  4. Click Save

Enable/Disable​

Use status toggle:

  • Active - Customers can use this method
  • Inactive - Method not available
