Discount Codes Management

Overview​

Discount codes are promotional codes that give customers discounts on bookings. Use them for marketing campaigns and special promotions.

Creating Discount Codes​

  1. Click "Add Discount Code" button
  2. Fill in the code details:
    • Code - The promotional code (e.g., "SUMMER20")
    • Description - What the code offers
    • Discount Amount - Discount percentage
    • Valid Period - When code is valid
    • Usage Limit - How many times it can be used
    • Applicable To - Which events or products it applies to
  3. Click Save

Managing Discount Codes​

View Your Codes​

All your codes appear in a table. Track which codes are active and how often they're used.

Edit a Code​

  1. Click View on the code
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update code details (except the code itself)
  4. Click Save

Deactivate Codes​

Use the status toggle:

  • Active - Customers can use the code
  • Inactive - Code cannot be used

Delete Codes​

  1. Select code(s)
  2. Click Delete Selected
  3. Confirm

Discount Code vs Campaign Discounts​

Discount Codes:

  • Require customer to enter a code
  • Good for targeted promotions
  • Trackable by code

Campaign Discounts:

  • Apply automatically
  • Good for broad promotions
  • See Discounts

Marketing Discount Codes​

Share codes through:

  • Email campaigns
  • Social media
  • Website announcements
  • Partnerships
  • Loyalty programs
