Gift Cards Management

Overview

Gift cards are prepaid credits that customers purchase and can use for event bookings, subscriptions, and room rentals. They provide a great revenue stream and make a perfect gift.

Creating Gift Cards

  1. Click "Add Gift Card" button
  2. Fill in details:
    • Card Name - Title of the gift card product
    • Description - What it can be used for
    • Denominations - Offer different amounts ($25, $50, $100, etc.)
    • Max Number of Uses - How many times the card can be bought
  3. Click Save

Managing Gift Cards

View Your Gift Cards

All gift cards appear in a table. Use search and filters to find specific cards.

Edit Gift Card

  1. Click View on the card
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update details
  4. Click Save

Deactivate Gift Card

Use the status toggle to turn gift cards on or off:

  • Active - Customers can purchase
  • Inactive - Hidden from customers

Delete Gift Card

  1. Select gift card(s)
  2. Click Delete Selected
  3. Confirm

Note: You cannot delete cards with active purchases.

Gift Card Orders

When customers purchase gift cards:

  1. Go to Gift Card Orders to track sales
  2. See which cards sold and when
  3. Monitor revenue from gift card sales
  4. Send gift card codes to purchasers

How Customers Use Gift Cards

  1. Customer purchases a gift card
  2. Receives gift card code via email
  3. Can redeem code for credit in their account
  4. Uses credit for any purchase (bookings, subscriptions, room rentals)
