Subscriptions Management
Overview
The Subscriptions page lets you create and manage subscription plans that customers can purchase.
Creating a Subscription
- Click "Add New" button (top right)
- Fill in the subscription details:
- Name - Plan name (e.g., "Premium Monthly")
- Billing Cycle - Choose: Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, Six-Month, or Three-Month
- Price - Set the subscription cost
- Description - Explain what's included
- Event Access - Link to specific events included
- Click Save
The new subscription will be automatically set to Active and available for customers to purchase.
Understanding Subscription Types

Managing Subscriptions
View Your Subscriptions
All your active subscriptions appear in the table. Use the search bar to find a specific plan.
View Subscription Details
Click the View icon (eye) to:
- See full details
- Edit subscription information
- Manage customer orders
- View subscription-specific discounts
Enable or Disable
Toggle subscription status between Active (visible to customers) and Inactive (hidden from customers). Deactivating stops new purchases while maintaining existing subscriptions.
Deleting Subscriptions
Subscriptions with active customer orders cannot be deleted. To delete:
- Ensure all customer subscriptions are canceled or expired
- Select subscriptions using checkboxes
- Click Delete Selected and confirm
Bulk Operations: Use checkboxes to select multiple subscriptions for deletion at once. The header checkbox selects all on the current page.
Managing Customer Subscriptions
View Orders
Click the Orders icon (money/bill) to see customers who have purchased this subscription plan.
Subscription Discounts
Create time-limited promotional discounts for a subscription to:
- Encourage new sign-ups
- Run seasonal promotions
- Offer discounts to existing subscribers
Click the Discounts icon (clock) to manage subscription-specific discounts.
Recycle Bin
If you accidentally delete a subscription, use the Recycle Bin to recover it (accessible from the toolbar). Deleted subscriptions remain recoverable for a period of time.
Subscription vs Customer Order
Subscription (Plan): The offering you create - "Premium Monthly Plan" at $29/month
Customer Order: When someone purchases your plan - "John bought Premium Monthly Plan on Nov 1"
One subscription plan can have many customer orders from different customers.
Important Notes
- Active subscriptions are visible to customers
- Subscriptions with customer orders cannot be deleted
- Use Inactive status to retire plans without affecting existing customers
- Subscription pricing is in your configured currency
- All dates display in your local timezone
