Gift Card Orders
Overview
Gift Card Orders shows all gift card sales. Track who bought which cards and manage the orders.
Viewing Orders
All gift card orders appear in a table showing:
- Order ID - Unique order number
- Card Type - Which gift cards were purchased
- Buyer - Who purchased the cards
- Amount - Cards' value/purchase amount
- Date - When purchased
- Status - Order status
Order Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| NotConfirmed | Order placed but not yet confirmed by system |
| Confirmed | Order confirmed and awaiting payment |
| UnderProcess | Payment being processed |
| UnPaid | Order confirmed but payment not received |
| Paid | Payment received, gift card code issued |
| Canceled | Order canceled, no code issued |
Searching & Filtering
- Search - Find orders by buyer name, card type, or order ID
- Filter by Card Type - Show sales of specific cards
Order Details
Click View on an order to see:
- Customer information
- Gift card code issued
- Redemption status
- Payment method used
- Purchase date and time
- Card terms and expiration
